No third party, external organization, or user can access, view, or modify your individual records without your explicit action or consent (such as utilizing the platform’s secure public link generation, collaborative sharing, or client communication features).
To promote regional and national sustainability baselines, the platform collects data regarding concrete grade, structural specifications, material quantities, and calculated Global Warming Potential (GWP). By utilizing this service, you grant Us a perpetual, irrevocable right to extract this performance data under the strict condition that it is completely anonymized. This aggregated data is stripped of all personal, corporate, identifying, geo-specific building traits, or financial identifiers. It will solely be utilized to construct regional carbon footprint benchmarks and performance dashboards.
You explicitly acknowledge and agree that fully anonymized data records may be processed, aggregated, and utilized by Us to train advanced artificial intelligence algorithms, statistical regression models, and Machine Learning systems. This data training is dedicated entirely to non-profit academic research, construction optimization methodologies, and the industry-wide development of green building standards.
We implement industry-standard administrative, physical, and logical security access controls to protect account integrity. However, because no digital environment or database transmission over the internet is completely impervious, all data storage and retrieval functions are provided on a best-effort basis.

Calculations are approximations meant to incentivize sustainable decision-making and are not structural, engineering, legal, or commercial certifications.
All services, calculator scripts, PDF certificates, automated emails, and database reports are provided entirely on an "As-Is" and "As-Available" basis. To the maximum extent permitted by applicable Indian law, LOW CARBON CONSTRUCT FORUM, its board of directors, promoters, employees, founders, and technical partners disclaim all warranties, express or implied, including but not limited to the implied warranties of merchantability, data accuracy, uptime, computational precision, or fitness for a particular project purpose.
Under no circumstances shall the Company or its promoters be liable for any financial losses, structural defects, construction delays, regulatory non-compliance, punitive damages, or business interruptions arising out of the use or inability to use this platform.
For any subscription tiers, payment modes, or marketing plans indicating "Lifetime Access," the term "Lifetime" is explicitly defined as a notional, practical operational window capped at a maximum period of five (5) years from the timestamp of purchase activation. It does not refer to the biological lifespan of any natural person or the indefinite existence of the digital platform. Continued availability of services beyond this five-year window remains subject entirely to the absolute administrative discretion of the Company and may require structural re-subscription.
The Company reserves the right, at its sole discretion, to modify, update, suspend, or permanently terminate the platform, specific server features, account structures, or subscription services.
